Refund policy

Not happy with your order? You may return a product within 14 days of receipt. First send us an email at elifandlinen@hotmail.com, then you will receive the return address and the steps. Return the product unused and in its original condition. The costs of returning are for you. As soon as we have received the parcel, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days to the account you paid with.

Products that we make especially for you, such as a garland with a name or your own text, cannot be returned. This is stated with those products before you order.

Is something wrong with your order or did something arrive damaged? Then email us with a photo, and we will solve it together.
