Article 1. Who we are

Article 2. Offer and prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT, excluding shipping costs. You see the shipping costs in the cart before you pay. Mistakes in prices or texts do not bind us if you could reasonably see that it was a mistake. Colours and materials may look slightly different on a screen than in real life. Because every product is made by hand, there may be small differences from the photo.

Article 3. Ordering and paying
An order is final as soon as you have completed the payment and have received a confirmation from us by email. You pay in advance via the payment methods in the webshop.

Article 4. Delivery
We deliver to the address you provide with the order. The expected delivery time is stated in our shipping policy. If we are unable to deliver within 30 days, we will let you know and you may cancel the order free of charge. The risk of damage or loss passes to you as soon as the parcel has been delivered to you.

Article 5. Cooling-off period and returns
You may return a product within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Let us know by email within those 14 days that you are returning the product and then send it within 14 days. You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. If the product has been used or damaged, we may deduct the reduction in value. The costs of returning are for you. We will refund the purchase amount and the original shipping costs within 14 days of your notification, as soon as we have received the product or you have shown that you have sent it.

The cooling-off period does not apply to products that we make according to your wishes, such as a garland with a name or your own text. This is stated with those products.

Article 6. Warranty and complaints
We make sure your product meets what you may expect of it. If something is wrong, email us within a reasonable period with a description and a photo. We will look for a solution together: repair, a new product or a refund.

Article 7. Liability
Our products are decoration and not toys. Keep them out of reach of small children and do not hang them near open fire or candles. We are not liable for damage caused by use that does not suit the product. This limitation does not apply if the damage was caused by our intent or gross negligence.

Dutch law applies to these terms.
